Investors Heritage Promotes Andrew Moore to Executive Vice President; Names Him CEO of Via Management Solutions
Frankfort, KY – March 10, 2026 – Investors Heritage Life Insurance Company (“Investors Heritage”) is pleased to announce the promotion of Andrew Moore to Executive Vice President (“EVP”). Mr. Moore will continue to serve as Chief Information Officer (“CIO”) while also taking on broader responsibilities that further integrate technology with business operations across the organization. In addition, he has been named Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of Via Management Solutions (“Via”), a newly launched technology and services platform.
At Investors Heritage, Mr. Moore now oversees both Client Operations and Operational Development. Under his leadership, the company has taken a digital-first, value driven approach to accelerate value to internal teams and external clients alike.
Via leverages technology and service expertise across Aquarian Insurance Holdings’ portfolio of insurance companies and for external clients. As CEO, Mr. Moore will lead Via’s third-party administration services—including product design, operational support, and technology solutions—for both affiliated and unaffiliated insurance carriers.
Mr. Moore began his career at Investors Heritage and has previously served as Vice President of Information Services and Senior Vice President. He has led multiple modernization efforts that enabled rapid, flexible service delivery across the company’s operations while maintaining a strong focus on data security and client experience.
